Join ACR Health for an International Overdose Awareness Day Candlelight Vigil on Monday, August 31, at 9 p.m. at Memorial Parkway in Utica. Community members are invited to gather in remembrance, honor those lost to overdose, support their loved ones and shine a light of hope against stigma.
