27th Annual AIDS Walk/Run
ACR Health raised $100,163 at the AIDS Walk/Run.
The 27th Annual AIDS Walk/Run was held Sunday, June 2nd at Beaver Lake Nature Center in Baldwinsville and brought together community leaders, activists, and corporate sponsors to support ACR Health’s mission to create a community where everyone can achieve optimal health and equality.
The AIDS Walk/Run is ACR Health’s largest outreach and fundraising event in their nine county service area. It continues 27 years of supporting HIV/AIDS prevention programming in Central New York, and helps ACR Health lead the charge for LGBTQ equality and the fight against addiction and poverty.
“These fundraised dollars support ACR Health in making a healthier community and sometimes saving a life,” said ACR Health Executive Director, Wil Murtaugh. “From focusing on the AIDS epidemic, to addiction, to poverty and LGBTQ equality, ACR Health is here to help, not judge! Thank you Central New York for your support.”
100% of the money raised at the AIDS Walk/Run stays local to help our community.
