Hunger is not an issue of charity.

It is an issue of justice.

-Jacques Diouf, UN Food & Agriculture Organization

With 14.5% of Americans utilizing SNAP benefits, nutrition is a topic that must be addressed to ensure community health. The following program and newsletter seek to begin that process. Food $en$e is a program through the Food Bank of Central New York. ACR Health is currently a satellite location for Food $en$e, partnering with St. Mark the Evangelist in Syracuse, NY. Nutrifacts is a food justice/nutrition newsletter compiled by the Jesuit Volunteer at ACR Health on a monthly basis.
